Production Control Associate
Compiles and records production data from such documents as customer orders, work tickets, product specifications, and individual worker production sheets, following prescribed recording procedures. Generates work orders, records and compiles production data for industrial establishments to compare records, and reports on production volume, quality control, material consumption and other important elements of production.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Work from method sheets, job orders, diagrams, sketches, prints, and samples.
Interpret job requirements and verify documentation and job priority. Spray and wipe down work area with staticide to ensure work area is clean and free of debris. Select and position required hand tools and materials to suit job requirements.
Handling the die or capacitors and loading carriers to the correct quantity required by the order.
Checking part numbers, and layouts against the PO.to insure they match
Printing labels for the carriers, generating the C of C
Taking the paperwork, the product, packing them in a box and printing the shipping label to complete the order
Receive incoming product
Enter incoming product into inventory both on the computer and physically
Report equipment and manpower issued to upper management.
Move material between work stations as needed to keep flow of moving, as needed.
Track job status through the process
Update computer system with accurate data and ship dates.

Perform or assist with any operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements. Notify supervision of unusual equipment or operating problems and the need for additional material and supplies

Tools & Equipment Used:
Use computer, microscopic, magnifying glass, vacuum tip, air pencil, , and required clean room clothing.
High School Diploma or GED.
1-3 years of experience as an operator.
Must pass training and certification requirements.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Due to export control rules, must be a US person.
Ability to communicate well with others and to be a team player.
Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
Effective at time management and prioritization.
