Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Help with issuance of invoices, following up with project managers and customers

Help with collections

Complete all requested forms from new customers as well as providing supporting information

Physical Inventory count

Assume ownership of quad as well as cost spreadsheet used for government proposals

Admin support for government proposals

Process new purchase orders

Update new project list and quotes spreadsheets (both used for multiple reports including KPIs, quality metrics reporting etc.)

Other Duties & Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with all levels of employees

Protect confidential information by not communicating, disclosing to, or using for benefit of 3rd parties

Maintain the highest degree of honesty and integrity at all times

Perform other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software

Past experience that demonstrates the ability to keep organized and detailed records

Must be a US citizen or permanent resident.
